Catalis One was founded by five partners who had each spent years on a different side of the same problem: cross-border compliance and structuring, e-commerce and warehousing in the United States, distribution and logistics, European and Gulf partnerships, brand and communications.
Every one of us had watched a good company lose a market for reasons that had nothing to do with the product.
One of our founding partners is based in Geneva and leads Catalis One’s European activity: the DACH corridor of Switzerland, Germany and Austria, our European strategic partnerships, and the MENA region.
How we are different from a consultancy
Consultancies advise. Incorporation firms register. Agencies promote. We integrate strategy, establishment, launch and execution under one contract, one team and one accountable partner — and we stay until the operation runs on its own.
We work on fixed fees with capped milestone bonuses. We do not take open-ended revenue shares, and we never finance a client’s launch.
